If you order from the Youpret app or via the website form, you need to create first complimentary Youpret credentials for yourself. It takes only few minutes. In case you need help, feel free to contact our customer service and we can create you credentials.
Interpreters are currently available from Estonian and English to several other languages. You can always see the latest available language pairs in the Youpret app and website order form. arabic, estonian, english, english, finnish, icelandic, latvian, lithuanian, polish, romanian, spanish, ukrainian, german, russian, swedish and turkish.
We are constantly looking for new interpreters for different languages. If you are interested in applying as an interpreter to Youpret, you can leave an application on this page.
Interpretations are paid with a credit card. We place a pre-authorization on your credit card, and the charge will be processed once the interpretation has been successfully completed. Youpret uses Stripe service for payments.
To avoid being charged, the interpretation assignment must be cancelled according to the cancellation terms. If the cancellation does not comply with these terms, the service provider has the right to invoice the interpretation.
What reference details do I need to provide?
The reference details are set for our organization users. The most common requirements include the name and/or date of birth of the person being interpreted, or a cost center number.
Yes, adding the information to the designated fields is secure and complies with data protection guidelines like EU GDPR.
How can I add reference information afterwards?
You can add reference details afterwards through the Youpret app by opening the specific interpretation assignment and entering the information in the reference section. If needed, you can also email the missing details to [add email].
