Starting your interpretation is easy: create an account on our application. When registering you provide us with you contact information and the details of the credit card from which the interpretation fee is to be deducted. The application selects an interpreter currently online and forwards him or her the information of the customer. The interpreter calls the number provided by you, at which point the interpretation begins.

The cost of the interpreting gig is deducted from your credit card based on the time spent interpreting. The customer is able to check the amount deducted right away in his or her own information summary.

For the interpretation to work you'll need a cellular phone that functions with Finland's country code.

Is interpretation available in my language?

Interpreters are currently available in the following languages: Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Aramaic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Dari, German, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Kinyaruanda, Kurdish(Kurmanji, Sorani), Nepali, Macedonian, Pashto, Persian(Farsi), Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Serbian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Tigrinya, Turkish, Turkmen, Ukrainian, Urdu, Uyghur, Uzbek and Vietnamese. However, we are constantly looking for new interpreters for other languages as well.

How do ratings work?

After every interpretation call the user is requested to leave a star rating on how the interpretation went. You can leave a rating of 1-5 and leave a comment as well.

With the help of this rating system Youpret is able to guarantee the best possible experience for both customers and interpreters. The interpreter's full rating is the average of all ratings left by users, and our interface prioritizes interpreters with good ratings by sending them more interpretation gigs.

If the interpretation went perfectly, give your interpreter five stars. If there was room for improvement, you can leave a suitable rating and a comment in the comment field. Your ratings are delivered to the interpreter anonymously.

How do I cancel an interpretation request?

Before the start of the interpretation you can cancel your interpretation request by pressing Cancel.

How does Youpret process charges?

The Youpret payment system is designed to move fees between customers and interpreters in as simple and easy a way as possible.

  1. Customers pay Youpret for the interpretation.
  2. Youpret pays the merits from the interpretation to the interpreters monthly.

How is the cost of an interpretation decided?

You pay for the interpretation based on how much time went into it. Open price list: Prices

Everyday interpreter - 2,00 € per started minute + VAT 24% . For everyday matters, for example in shops, pharmacies, schools, business meetings, on trips or at the doctor.

Professional interpreter - coming soon For official matters, for example police issues and matters of criminal law, in court, conferences, situations dealing with special health care or in other tasks requiring professional knowledge.

Where can I find receipts of my interpretation calls?

A receipt is sent to your e-mail address.

Where can I see my interpretation history?

After logging in you can browse your interpretation history on our "Interpretations" page.

Who gets to know my phone number?

Youpret needs the customer's telephone number in order to certify the user and so that the interpretation can be performed. Your phone number is seen only by the interpreters that contact you by calling. We do not hand over users' information to third parties.

I forgot my password.

Changing a forgotten password can be down at any time from the Youpret webpage and by clicking this link. You'll get a link in your e-mail address through which you can change your password.
