How much does interpreting cost?

Have you ever needed an interpreter for a short meeting and received a response from the language service provider stating that “the minimum order is 2 hours“ or “a daily rate applies“? Traditionally, interpreting services have been priced this way. For the client, this can be prohibitively expensive, making short calls or quick meetings unreasonably costly.

Youpret offers an alternative. We believe that language should not be a barrier and that accessing language services should never be hindered by cost.

How is the price calculated in the Youpret app?

Per-minute billing. The Youpret app only charges for the minutes actually spent. If a call lasts 16 minutes, you pay for exactly 16 minutes.*

No travel fees. Remote interpreting means that as a client, you don't have to pay for the interpreter's fuel or travel time.

Transparency. Prices start from €1.70 / minute. You know exactly what the cost will be before you press the “Order“ button. Any time exceeding the original booking is calculated with 1-minute precision. Did you order an on-demand interpretation for 15 minutes, but it actually took 22? You only pay an additional fee for those 7 minutes.

* For one-off orders, minimum booking durations still apply: 10 minutes for on-demand and express orders, 20 minutes for scheduled remote interpreting, and 60 minutes for on-site interpreting. However, these minimum fees do not apply to our loyal customers. If your organization needs interpreting services frequently, become a regular client.
